As market experts, economists, and political pundits weigh in with their opinion of the bail out and other assorted plans to move forward, I can only hope whatever path chosen is laced with common sense. Any fool should known that prices do not go up...

I believe in the value of a professional |
|
|
A full time professional real estate agent and broker for over 23 years. I believe strongly that the quality of the experience is of the utmost importance. I hand pick and personally train the professionals with Resources. I am only looking for those who care committed to learning, staying educated and most importantly those that CARE,
Despite the fact that many people seem to be under the impression that any agent will do, I could not disagree more. You owe it to yourself to give your trust of this important asset transaction to a real professional, not someone who works a few days a week, and perhaps is unaware of market activity, trends or shifts. This can cost the consumer real money in the negotiation.
In my office the professionals are required to continue ongoing training each week, to stay on top of both the market and their skills sets. I have no time for "casual" Realtors with the casual approach. Just as I would not use a dentist, doctor, accountant or financial advertiser with a part time casual approach. I just won't hire them.
I believe that both buyers and sellers should ask themselves a question before using a "friend in the business'. Would I feel comfortable with this person's knowledge, skills and professionalism, if they were not my friend? If the answer is "No, or not sure", you owe it to yourself and your family to interview other professionals.
