"I first entered real estate in 1986 after a typical home purchase, where I as the customer thought I can do better. Joining a large multi-agent office, I  found quickly that I loved real estate. I loved the problem solving aspect and negotiating the best possible outcome for my clients." She became one of the top agents in less than a year.

Recruited away within the year to another large office where she headed the relocation team and handled all executives transferrring into the Middletown, Fair Haven, Rumson area. "I felt a special bond for the transferee, as a stranger to the area only two years before I knew first hand the distruption in the lives of the family".

Once again within a year she was recruited by a top brokerage in the area this time into management.Obtaining her broker's license and running the office for several years. I took the experience of being a manager of an office, being an agent and most importantly being a customer herselgf only a few years before she knew exactly how she wanted her office to run when she  opened her own agency.

In 2000 she founded Resources Real Estate and since then became not only a top agent in the area but also her office is an agency that is a force to be reckoned with.Offering the same services as the large agencies, but with the attention to detail and to clients that only a small office can provide. " I love the advances technology has made to the industry over the years, it makes the information so much more available and at a quicker pace to our clients then before". As well as having served on the ethics committee for the local real estate board, She is an active board member of several local charities. Monmouth County Historical Association, Monmouth Co. Mental Health Association and Prevention First. When asked why she personally volunteers with so many various organizations,including 180 Turning Lives Around, Monmouth Conservation and many others she states simply " I strongly believe in both a strong work ethic and a personal responsibility to give back to the world and to those that have not been as blessed".

When she says work ethic, she means it - she puts in long hours to her clients, her agents and any time she has left over she makes sure it goes to her family. "I involve them wherever I can, so that we can be together" When I collected supplies for the victims of Katrina, we drove down to New Orleans as a whole family over Thanksgiving. We rented a van, packed up our daughter and two dogs, picked up our son from college and hit the road". What better way to spend time together.
