Born Miss Carolynn Potter, she was raised and educated in England. She has lived in Spain and since 1981 has lived here in New Jersey.Before coming to the United States in 1981, Carolynn Ozar-Diakon was a public speaker and managing director of a Bond St headhunting firm in London. "I first entered real estate in 1986 after a typical home purchase, where I as the customer thought I can do better. Joining a large multi-agent office, I  found quickly that I loved real estate. I loved the problem solving aspect and negotiating the best possible outcome for my clients." She became one of the top agents in less than a year.   .
